This build was designed & built for The Bike Shed Show @Tobacco Dock 2018, we do a couple of builds a year to showcase the parts we design & manufacture at our site in Newmarket alongside the custom builds.
This bike started out as M600 Dark, the rear loop was changed along with the seat base to shorten the overall bike along with a fully custom exhaust which comes under the engine, through the swing arm and up under the seat tray and then finished off with our custom tips.
It has a set of one off yokes based on the BSB sets that we manufacture but we re-designed the top yoke to include the Motogadget Motoscope mini speedo along with in-house designed & manufactured CNC button housing and finished with our clip on’s and bars & Grips. The key was removed and remounted on this bike so the key space has been used for a machined housing with a stainless steel button for altering the clock menu.
The bike has had a full rewire using the Motogadget Blue system running through our own switch buttons so running a keyless ignition, the headlight is a Koso Thunderbolt LED held on with custom machined brackets fixed to the bottom yoke. Indicators are Shin Yo LED from digital speedos and the rear ones are tail light, stop light & indicators built into one.
The frame and swing arm have been stripped & powder coated and the wheels then stripped and diamond cut on the edges, this we have just lacquered.
On the engine the timing belt covers have been drawn up and designed to be replicated from aluminium on our cnc machines, we have taken the same approach with the sprocket guard.
