In-House Design/CAD

With the demands of our clients forever changing, our in-house design department can deal with almost any problem thrown at us. From product styling issues through to mecanical design, we have the facilities required to help find the optimum design solution. Using a variety of software, 3D CAD models are generated in order to create working drawings from which each component is machined. 3D toolpaths can also be generated from the model in order to speed up prototyping and manufacture.  We can also offer CNC, manual machining & turning services, in our well equipped workshop we can produce single & batch items for your bike build or racing parts along with anodising, polishing and plating.

Sand - Bead Blasting

We can offer sand or bead blasting on various items and can offer good prices on frame painting and stove enamelling through our network of suppliers.  Lead times vary from 1 - 3 weeks at present depending on requirements.

Carburettor Cleaning

This service includes an external clean, strip & ultrasonic cleaning.  We can re-assemble but it will be up to the customer to check before running or to add any new parts or seals.  Collection and delivery available through tracked UK Mail.  Prices start from:

Single Carb  - £22
Twin Carbs   - £38
Triple Carbs - £46
4 Cylinder    - £52

These costs can be reduced if carburettors are stripped prior to despatch to us and payment will be due once parts are received, cleaned and ready to return.
