MACHINING SERVICES

Our headquarters house the latest in CNC, Design, Assembly & CAD/CAM technology, allowing us to tackle projects of almost any shape or size, and our team of highly experienced designers, engineers, machinists & mechanics give us skills that have set Fastec Racing apart for over 13 years. We are best known for our work within the bike world, creating parts for bike builders of all sizes & working regularly with pro race teams in organisations such as MotoGP & BSB. Our work doesn't stop at two wheels either, we often undertake machining subcontracts of all shapes & sizes, having worked on for Formula One teams, upmarket architectural projects, mass-production machining companies and more!

FACILITIES

  • CNC

    Our workshop houses a total of twenty cutting-edge CNC machines, with full four axis machining and mill drill
    capabilities. We have the capability to design and engineer all manner of motorcycle parts and work with a wide range of materials including stainless steel, alloy, brass, plastic and aluminum.

  • DESIGN

    Our team of highly-skilled design specialists are able to create almost anything your imagination can come up with, using the latest in CAD, 3D rendering and Element Analysis technology to help bring your dream ideas to life.

  • ASSEMBLY

    We believe the assembly stage is just as important as any other, which is why we have a clean room located on site. The clean room allows us to assemble complex parts in a hygienic, low pollutant environment. Within the clean room, we also have an ultrasonic bath to ensure the highest quality finish on your parts.

  • CAD & CAM

    We use the latest in CAD/CAM technology in our design and production processes, allowing us to create prototypes and produce parts to the highest level of accuracy. We consistently invest in, and upgrade our software to ensure we stay ahead of the game and can offer unbeatable, high quality services for our customers.

THE FASTEC GROUP

The Fastec Group was created to give our customers a full circle service and consists of three businesses; Fastec Racing, Newmarket Motorcycle Company and The British Fork Brace Company. Fastec Racing takes care of all machining, engineering and part design. Newmarket Motorcycle Co is in charge of our Custom Builds, Restorations, and Servicing & Repair. The British Fork Brace Co is responsible for machining & fulfilling the widely praised Fastec Fork Braces.

    The British Fork Brace Company was created thanks to the massive growth and success of the fork brace range from Fastec, picking up from the micron days. BFB now produces braces for all makes and models made to the same quality, fitment and classic styling that Fastec is known for.
