We needed a replacement throttle tube for a customer’s restoration project, after a lot of searching we realised they were pretty damn hard to get ahold of… so we made some ourselves.
The throttle tubes are designed & machined in-house to O.E.M spec, using 201126 aluminium. The tubes are designed to fit the 1977-1980 models of the Kawasaki KZ1000.
Our research suggests the tube should also fit the KZ900, KZ750, KZ650, KZ550, KZ450 & KZ400 of the same years; but, as these are a brand new product, we want to run tests on the fitment on other models before giving a definitive.
