British Design & Engineering

Based in Newmarket, our HQ houses the latest in CNC, design, assembly & CAD/CAM technology, allowing us to tackle projects of almost any shape or size, and our team of highly experienced designers, engineers, machinists & mechanics give us skills that have set Fastec apart for over 20 years.

While we are best known for our work within the motorbike world, our work doesn't stop at two wheels, we undertake machining subcontracts of all shapes & sizes, having worked on projects for Formula One & Formula E Teams, Medical Equipment, Premium Architectural Projects, Industrial Mass-Production Runs and more.

We have the capability to design and engineer all manner of parts and work with a wide range of materials including stainless steel, alloy, brass, plastic and aluminium.

CAD/CAM
We use the latest in CAD/CAM technology in our design and production processes, including 3d printing for prototypes allowing us to create and produce parts to the highest level of accuracy.

Design
Our team of highly-skilled design specialists are able to create almost anything your imagination can come up with, using the latest in CAD, 3D rendering and Element Analysis technology to help bring your dream ideas to life
CNC
Our workshops within the Fastec Group house a total of twenty cutting-edge CNC machines, with five axis and full four axis machining along with turning (mill drill) & sliding head.
We have the capacity to help design and engineer all manner of parts and work with a wide range of materials including stainless steel, alloy, brass, plastic and aluminum.
